Windfall Brief ("we") is a UK property-research service. This notice covers this website.
The waitlist form collects the territory you name, your email address, a developer type you choose, and a timestamp. We also keep a salted hash of your IP address for a short period, used only to limit abuse of the form. There are no analytics, no cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts on this site.
We use waitlist entries solely to tell you about Windfall Brief territories and launches. We do not sell, share or enrich them. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in responding to your expressed interest (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Entries are kept until the territory decision they relate to is resolved, or until you ask to be removed. Email hello@windfallbrief.co.uk to access, correct or delete your entry at any time.
Our briefs are built from public registers (Land Registry, planning registers, energy certificates and similar). We name company owners from public registers only; private individuals are never named or profiled, and register data is never used to contact anyone with offers.
